It covers scope of work by tier (SPARK / PITCH / PREMIUM / CUSTOM), timeline and milestones, payment schedule (typically 30/40/30 or 50/50), IP and commercial use rights (standard use rights — optional buyout), confidentiality (embedded mutual NDA), and standard agency liability limitation.
