Services Described

The site describes visual development, animatic and AI-native video production services offered by FRAMECRAFT. Content (case studies, portfolio, service descriptions, indicative tier pricing) is informational and does not constitute a binding offer.

Quote Request (RFQ)

Submitting the RFQ form does not constitute a contract or purchase commitment. It is a non-binding quote request. A contract is formed only upon execution of a Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties.

Intellectual Property

All site content (texts, images, logos, videos, design) is the property of FRAMECRAFT unless otherwise indicated. Reproduction or distribution without written authorisation is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

The site is provided 'as-is'. FRAMECRAFT does not guarantee service continuity or the absence of errors. Under no circumstances shall FRAMECRAFT be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Milan has jurisdiction, unless a different written agreement exists between the parties.
