Data Collected

We collect only data you voluntarily provide through the quote request form (RFQ): name, company email, brand name, project description. We do not collect browsing data through profiling cookies.

Purpose and Legal Basis

Data provided via RFQ is processed to: (a) prepare and send a commercial quotation — legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR); (b) subsequent commercial follow-up — legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). We do not use data for automated marketing or profiling.

Retention

RFQ data is retained for 24 months from collection. If the project results in a contract, data is retained for the duration of the contract plus 10 years for tax and accounting purposes. At the end of the retention period, data is deleted or anonymized.

Analytics

This site uses no web analytics tool, first-party or third-party. We do not track user browsing behaviour. Should an analytics tool be introduced in the future, this notice will be updated before it goes live.

Third-Party Sharing

Data is not transferred or sold to third parties. It may be shared exclusively with technical service providers acting as data processors (hosting, email providers) in compliance with GDPR.

Your Rights

Under GDPR (Arts. 15–22) you have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it (right to be forgotten), restrict processing, object to processing on the basis of legitimate interest, and request portability. To exercise these rights write to: hello@framecraft.agency. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

This site does not use profiling cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Cookie consent is not required under ePrivacy regulations.
